Nick Chadaway
Nick started his career in the packaging industry, enjoying the challenge of logistics. He then worked in the vehicle delivery industry with Desrene for a number of years prior to the launch of DMN. Nick has a strong background in IT and finance and holds overall financial and operational responsibility for the company, together with managing its strategy for growth, sales and public relations.
Desrene Spencer
Co-founder of the business Des has spent her career in the vehicle movement industry, managing logistics for just about every type of business that uses vehicles. As operations director, she is responsible for driver operations, customer service and sales operations. Des is always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes across all areas of the business so that it delivers the best possible service to our customers.
Gary Xuereb
Gary has been in the automotive sector all of his career starting out as product manager at BRS Automotive. Subsequently he has held various roles within the remarketing, inspections and logistics sectors prior to joining DMN in October 2018.
Gary brings a wealth of industry expertise, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.
Will Brazier
Will has dedicated his career to delivering innovative solutions. With experience in UK and European Logistics, Will joined DMN full-time in February 2023 after leading the development and delivery of our MiPortal platform. Will is responsible for our technology strategy to keep us at the forefront of technology-led solutions for vehicle logistics while safeguarding our data from the latest cyber threats.
